LIMO SCENE IS …

Fusing elements of classic new wave with post-disco, synth-wave, electro, vaporwave and post-punk, LIMO SCENE crafts a unique sound drenched in HiFi cassette nostalgia. Armed with vintage gear and modern techniques, the analog-digital synthesis of the band’s EP Low Cost Cobra and single Dynatac Cellular recall dance mixes of the original New Wave and New Romantic movements, but with a contemporary edge.

LIMO SCENE LIVE …

With energetic live performances incorporating original video compositions and vintage tech, LIMO SCENE creates an immersive concert experience.

“…the most fun band in jacksonville.”

The band

Mason on keys and bass brings the meticulous detail and texture of electronic and industrial music to the project while handling mixing and production. Paul sings and plays guitar, shaping his tone in the mold of cassette-era new wave. Each embraces their influences and perspectives to produce the unique LIMO SCENE sound - richly detailed but accessible … and infinitely danceable. LIMO SCENE’s live shows feature original video composition and high-energy execution to absorb the audience into an immersive experience, blowing the doors off venues like The Walrus, Rain Dogs, 1904, Underbelly and Jack Rabbits in the 904, and hot spots like Stardust Video and Iron Cow in Orlando. The band’s recorded music, including EP Low Cost Cobra, single Dynatac Cellular and ice cold single Angelic Three, capture the stunning symmetry of this electronic-meets-new-wave fusion.
